Are you a practising witch?
Yes. I have practised witchcraft in some form or other since I was about 14 years old but had a rather long sabbatical in my mid 20's to 30's. I rediscovered my Kraft through a coalescence of events; the birth of my children, the founding of my jewelry business and the death of my beloved mother. This Hexenladen is a result of my searches for tools and ingredients for my own rootwork and crystal magick and my desire to bring these beautiful and practical items to you, my sisters and brothers in the Art.
Do you make all your products yourself?
No. I am a goldsmith so all the jewelry is handmade by me and I hope to be able to increase the in-house products in time. Anything handmade or adapted by myself will have that stated in the descriptions. The rest of the products on offer are all sourced from other makers and/or esoteric wholesalers. For many reasons I try to source my products from within the EU. If you are unsure of or want clarification on the origin of a particular item just drop me a line and I'll answer to the best of my ability.
Do you use sustainable packaging?
When possible I use reusable, recycled or biodegradable packing materials. My packing peanuts are compostable and any bubblewrap I use is recycled from that which my own purchases are packed in.
Do you accept returns?
In line with EU law I accept returns for any reason up to 14 days after receipt. Items must be returned in original and unused condition, including original packaging, for a full refund. This policy extends to all of my international customers. In the event of a returning item being lost in transit proof of postage i.e tracking must be provided. Items returned in a damaged or used condition will be subject to a charge.
What happens if an item arrives damaged?
Let me know immediately. If possible when the outer packaging is damaged do not accept the delivery, return to sender and file a damage report with the mailman. In all events please record photographic evidence of the damage so that I can include that in my insurance claim.
What happens if my order does not arrive?
Let me know! I am more than happy to work with my customers to ensure that they receive their orders in a reasonable timeframe. International orders can take up to 6 weeks to arrive, if this 6 weeks point has passed and the package cannot be found via the tracking number then you will be either refunded or a replacement item will be sent out.
